NEW YORK – Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a leading provider of commercial real estate financing and capital markets expertise, has hired Eric Chapek as an associate in the firm’s Manhattan office, according to William E. Hughes, senior vice president and managing director of MMCC.
In his new position, Chapek will arrange debt financing for all types of commercial real estate assets, including multifamily, retail, and office and industrial properties.
Prior to joining MMCC, Chapek distinguished himself as a site budget associate with Pharmaceutical Product Development in Wilmington, N.C. He also served as an international marketing analysis intern with Medici Internet in Berlin, Germany and as a commercial investment real estate intern with Massey Knakal Realty Services in New York City.
Chapek graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with dual concentrations in finance and international business.
