Elmhurst, Illinois - J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete an office build-out for L’Oreal at 1751 Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Illinois.
Founded in 1909, L’Oreal is the world’s largest cosmetics and beauty company. L'Oreal develops and manufactures hair care, hair color, skincare, color cosmetics and fragrances for the consumer and professional markets. J.C. Anderson, Inc. has been selected to complete a 6,000 square foot build-out for the firm, which is expanding to this additional new location in Deerfield. The construction, which is scheduled for completion this month, includes new conference rooms, a break room, storage space, private offices, a server room and product displays throughout the space.
Thomas Bean is the project executive for J.C. Anderson, Inc. and Project Manager Dan Burnette is leading the construction team. The Interior Design Group Ltd. is providing the architectural services. Heidi McClenahan of CBRE represented L’Oreal in the relocation.
