PRESS RELEASE: Johnathan Holmes Joins Colliers International's New Jersey Operations as Director of Consulting

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Colliers International continues to expand its core consulting team, with Johnathan Holmes joining the New Jersey operations as Director of Consulting. In this role Holmes will provide financial analytics and advisory support for Colliers’ Northern and Central New Jersey brokers, and work in conjunction with the entire Tri-State consulting practice.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Holmes was Vice President for Mercer Oak Realty & Princeton Property Partners. Preceding that, he served as a Senior Analyst on the Financial Analytics and Advisory Services Team (FAAST) at Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York City office and got his start in real estate as an Analyst within CBRE’s Suburban Tri-State Consulting Group. Holmes has provided financial analyses and advisory support for commercial real estate purchase and leasing transactions throughout the United States.

As Director of Consulting, Holmes will be responsible for conducting and presenting financial analyses for client assignments within the New Jersey region to help clients assess opportunities by evaluating and comparing occupancy scenarios, lease proposals, and purchase & sale agreements; and, to ensure accountability throughout the process. He will also focus on bolstering and advancing the core consulting team’s fully-integrated approach to working closely with brokers and their clients.
