NEW YORK, NY - Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged a 6,000 square-foot lease for AIA Sheet Metal, a custom sheet metal fabrication supply company, at 681 Morgan Avenue, between Nassau and Norman avenues in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, NY. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.
Grant Dolgin of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the landlord, while Wei Sing Chang and Howard Darsi of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented the tenant, AIA Sheet Metal, in the deal.
The two-story building at 681 Morgan Avenue totals 17,100 square-feet. AIA Sheet Metal is expanding to 681 Morgan Avenue from a 2,500, one-story warehouse at 682 Morgan Avenue across the street. Howard Darsi and Wei Sing Chang were involved in the leasing of the 682 space to AIA Sheet Metal three years ago. The company will occupy 6,000 square-feet at the property – 4,000 square-feet on the ground floor, and 2,000 square-feet in the basement – and will offer sheet metal supply at its new location.
The building at 681 Morgan Avenue is easily accessible from all points in Manhattan and Queens via the Brooklyn Queens Expressway.
