OVERLAND PARK, KAN. — The Kansas City office of Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial brokerage firms in the country, welcomes Perry H. Trout to the team. With more than 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in real estate investment, finance, asset management and development, Trout comes on board as director of development and investment services.

Previously, Trout was the vice president at First National Bank where he was responsible for the management and successful disposition of a portfolio of distressed residential and commercial real estate assets.
Trout is a graduate of Iowa State University and holds an MBA in real estate finance from The University of Texas. He is licensed to practice real estate in Kansas and Missouri and has earned CCIM and CEA designations.
