CARY, NC – The Massimo Group - The Nation's premiere commercial real estate coaching and consulting organization recently completed a survey of commercial real estate agents, brokerage managers and brokerage owners in the United States and Canada.

Over 200 organizations were represented in this survey, including every major national brokerage firm, scores of independent regional players and several local boutique firms. The results form a comprehensive perspective of today’s brokerage community practices. Based on the responses received, most brokers see their businesses as having untapped potential for growth through better execution of fundamental practices.

However a majority of respondents struggle with the consistent application of these practices which will ultimately lead to increased production. 44% of the responders had 10 or more years of commercial real estate experience. Another third had less than five years of experience. The comparatively high experience level was a first sign suggesting even experienced brokers see the need to continue to evolve toward higher production levels.
