Miami - based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate is growing its team of professionals once again, this time with the addition of Luciana Carvalho, who will serve as senior vice president. Ms. Carvalho’s arrival brings additional senior-level talent to the firm’s expanding tenant representation practice. Ms. Carvalho benefits from more than seven years of market expertise, having been involved in transactions with top-tier companies such as Banco do Brasil, Electrolux, Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy, John Hancock and Northwestern Mutual, among others.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Carvalho served as Senior Advisor for Cresa, where she successfully built a robust tenant representation practice working on behalf of an extensive range of clients, including government agencies, financial institutions, and several multinational corporations. Her past experience also includes serving as a Tenant Representative with Transwestern, as well as a Financial Advisor with Arthur A. Finkle & Associates.

Ms. Carvalho’s addition to the Blanca Commercial Real Estate team coincides with the firm’s steady growth dating back to its founding in 2009. Since then, the company has emerged as one of the most active commercial real estate services firms in South Florida with a total transaction volume of approximately $600 million, having advised clients in the completion of more than 5.5 million square feet of lease and sales transactions.
Beyond her experience in commercial real estate, Ms. Carvalho is actively involved in several business and civic communities throughout South Florida. She currently serves as a board member and Young Leaders Director of CoreNet Global’s South Florida Chapter; a member of the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Committee; and a member of The Beacon Council’s Fashion and Lifestyle Initiative. She is also very involved with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Governors, and through her participation in the Real Estate, H.Y.P.E. (Helping Young Professionals Engage) and New World Center Committees.
Ms. Carvalho holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Florida International University; and an Associate’s degree in economics from the University of Vila Velha Brazil. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Ms. Carvalho recently received the designation of Master in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global.
