WOODRIDGE, IL - Morgan / Harbour Construction is pleased to announce the firm has completed tenant improvement projects on behalf of Ryan, LLC and Synegen Inc.
Ryan, LLC is a global tax consulting firm with the 7th largest corporate tax practice in the United States. Located at 1901 Butterfield Road in Downers Grove, Illinois, Morgan / Harbour was hired to complete a 4,283 square foot build-out for the growing firm. The project included the remodel of an existing conference room and reception area to include full-height glass walls incased in mahogany wood trim. Morgan / Harbour also constructed a new training room which features a state-of-the-art multimedia system as well as high-end finishes throughout the executive offices. Dan Kohlsaat was the project manager and Steve Bulger was the superintendent for Morgan/Harbour. Staffelbach provided the architectural services.
Synegen Inc. is a Chicago-area technology services consulting firm. Morgan / Harbour was selected to complete a 6,475 square foot build-out for the firm’s new offices at One Pierce Place in Itasca, Illinois. Construction included a custom built reception desk and seating area, an accent cloud ceiling running through the open cubicle area, and an epoxy reflector floor system to highlight the walking path outside the exterior offices. Dan Kohlsaat was the project manager and Keith Zagroba was the superintendent for Morgan /Harbour. DePalma Group Architects was the project architect.
