FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. – NAI James E. Hackensack University Medical Center will occupy 3,425 square feet at the building.
NAI Hanson Executive Managing Director Michael G. Walters, SIOR, and Vice President Steven G. Leitner, CCIM, handled the assignment. Sabra Realty owns the property. Also known as Campgaw Plaza, the two-story, 14,500-square-foot building was constructed in 1984 and has 50 parking spaces.
“Campgaw Plaza is ideally suited for medical office users and Hackensack University Medical Center is a leading name to have on the tenant roster,” Walters noted. “There is a significant amount of parking and the location is convenient to many major roadways in Bergen County.”
