CHICAGO - Reed Construction is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 36,000 square foot renovation for 48th Floor Corporation at 77 W. Wacker Drive (the United Building) in Chicago.
48th Floor Corporation, founded in 1984, is a national leader in the area of complex commercial litigation. The firm also specializes in professional liability, shareholder, corporate derivative, employment and bankruptcy disputes.
Reed Construction was selected to complete the 36,000 square foot renovation to the entire 48th floor of the Loop building. The construction, which is scheduled for completion in winter of this year, will modify the existing office layout to create a more open environment. Once complete, the building will also feature new millwork, paint, carpet, and ceiling tiles throughout.
Jason Gunderson is the principal involved and Jon Zawiski is the project manager for Reed Construction. Folgers Architects is providing the architectural services. Jones Lang LaSalle is the property manager for 77 W. Wacker Drive.
