GENEVA, IL – Sperry Van Ness / Landmark Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of the Charlestowne Mall in St. Charles, Ill to The Krause Companies Inc. The property is a 1.1 million-square-foot enclosed regional mall on approximately 80 acres at 3800 E. Main Street in St. Charles.
Charlestowne Mall is approximately 50 percent occupied, anchored by Von Maur, Carson Pirie Scott, Kohls and Classic Cinema’s Charlestowne 18. The spaces occupied by Von Maur and Kohls are separately owned and were not included in the sale.
