Bodek & Rhodes Expands to 209,000 SF at 176 Washington in Norton

Bodek & Rhodes signed a seven-year, 209,000-sq.-ft. expansion and extension lease with Paradigm Properties at 176 S. Washington St. in Norton, Mass. The property is a warehouse/distribution and office facility and offers generous loading options, an ESFR sprinkler system and access from I-495.

Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president and principal with NAI Hunneman, and Ovar Osvold, associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. Rick Schuhwerk and Anthony Coskren, of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented the tenant.

“This transaction was a great opportunity for Paradigm to retain a strong credit tenant and allow Bodek & Rhodes to expand and grow their operations without having to move to a new facility,” said Minnerly in a statement.
