Logistics Firm Leases More Than 430,000 SF in Atlanta’s Industrial Corridor

New Breed Logistics, a supply chain solutions firm, signed a seven-year, 439,487-sq.-ft. lease with Panattoni Development Co. for space at 5400 Fulton Industrial Blvd. in Atlanta. The company will use the facility to service a contract with the U.S. Postal Service.

The lease will go into effect on May 1.

“We are excited to have an opportunity to serve New Breed Logistics and the U.S. Postal Service at our 5400 FIB property,” said Panattoni Partner Michael Gray in a statement. “This lease transaction reaffirms the positive efforts of ‘The Boulevard’ Community Improvement District and Fulton County to bring jobs and capital investment to the Fulton Industrial Corridor.”

Scott Plomgren, of Colliers International, represented the landlord in the transaction. Dan Rose, of Cassidy Turley, represented New Breed Logistics.
