Inland Retail Real Estate Trust has bought five grocery-anchored shopping centers located throughout Florida and Georgia. The aggregate price for the properties was $70.7 million — all of them were acquired in separate. All of the centers are anchored by Publix Super Markets.

The single most expensivewas the 289,110 sq. ft. Cortez Plaza in Bradenton, Fla. Inland paid Cortez Pointe LLC $26.2 million for the property. The lowest price Inland paid was $5.2 million for the 60,799 sq. ft. Houston Square in Warner Robins, Ga.
