Thor Equities purchases 73-acre Virginia mall

Thor Equities has acquired Military Circle Mall and Doubletree Club Hotel in Norfolk, Va. for $51.5 million. The seller was JP Morgan Chase.

hor plans to invest $20 million in the 945,000 sq. ft. mall to add additional retail space and renovate the 208-room hotel, which is part of the Hilton chain.
