Steven D. Bell & Co. Hires New Executive

Greensboro, N.C.-based Steven D. Bell & Co. has named Joe Mikalajunas as its new president of its senior living division. Mikalajunas has 11 years of experience in the senior living profession and previously served as vice president of operations for Harbor Retirement Associates in Vero Beach, Fla. The Bell Senior Living Division now manages and operates 22 senior living communities around the Southeast, including 10 in North Carolina. These properties offer a variety of senior living options including independent living, assisted living, dementia care and skilled nursing.
